Surely not bad as the reviews said but nothing great either, Sai pallavi character is good but then the emotional part of the movie spoils maari jolly character, wish they could have made it more funny like spoof stuff . Dont expect logic all, first scene one guy is shot and he stands up and talk, so commercial mass movie . Well script better than maari 1 but maari 1 was still more enjoyable except for climax, here climax is better. Yuvan nice songs enjoy rowdy baby

Great movie! Superior the first one, imo. It goes from being funny to really violent, just like the first one but this one's even funnier and the bad guy's better. I just love Sai Pallavi, I think she's great and she makes every movie she's in better. She and Dhanush are a great pairing, I hope that they'll make more movies together.

Loved this movie, has beautiful visuals, a great soundtrack (though the first one was better). Plot holes were present but weren't disastrous

Btw, am I the only one who sometimes mistakes Tovino Thomas for Madhavan?

Even if i didnt like Maari 1 i decided to see this movie because of Sai Pallavi and i was not disappointed. this one was 100% better than the first movie. Dhanush, Sai and the villain were really great.

Not sure how the movie marked with 'Must Watch' and comments like better than Maari 1 ! Average Movie , can watch one time if no other options , Danush can pick better scripts , good songs and dance to watch, wasted actor like Tovino as villian , he is good hero in Malayalam industry.

Enjoined the movie,better than vishwasam.

Full of silly bravado and satire with a constant dose of mostly absurd action. BUT you cannot help but love Maari and the performances by everyone else, young actors included gave it their best. It shows great improvement in cinematography & some scenes make good use of digital technology. I recommend watching, specially if looking for a fun entertainer.

Dabba Padam.. Wasted Dhanush, Varalaxmi and Tovino. Sai Pallavi didn't fit the role.. An immature director wasting money on a masala movie.
