last year during elections ppl from one village in tn protested in streets ..they protested that dmk gave money for votes in other villages but not for them... proud tamil ppl created a new Guinness record demanding money for votes through protests.

..chutiya tamil ppl selling votes for liquor, spoiled biryani and money..later on making movies about farmers...a state full of hypocrites in india

Periyavar Nallanadi is vain of the movie; he is a real farmer, and farming until his last day on earth. This movie talks a lot about the farmers' issues and is just a lesson for Indians. Best cinematography background music does not fit the actual film: another best script and direction from legend Manikandan.

hats off to VS and can’t be without praising him he never cares about his stardom great an actor who focuses on movie story rather than his role and the true hero is the old grandpa ( I don’t want to say as old man) his expressions were very natural and he lived his character and expecting more such good reality films in future from the director.. Worth watching....

Nice storyline. Makes us feel bad for being corruptive(corrupting the land that feeds us). Strong performance and spirituality throughout the movie. Good acting by the entire team. Images Capitalism and current-day business are shown. It's worth a watch. Made me feel that there is still time to turn back. Money is not always the end result one looks for. Unique movie amongst all fast-paced, action, sci-fi and other movies.

If we get our self involved in this movie, this will raise few questions like, 1. what humanity needs to prioritize and value if we want to provide a better world for our great grand children? 2.Is the civilized system of administration (U.N,Governments,Courts,Medical system,military,education,economic system,religious institution) in any form really functioning for the benefit of human beings? Unless we all believe that safe,long,healthy,comfortable life than many other animal in planet is the major success and reason for the existence
