this was a hard movie to watch. not due to any particular cinematic fault, but more the dark and heavy subject matter. movie started strongly, for me it kind of fell off the wagon a little in the second half. i enjoyed seeing the locale (chambal) it was filmed in, the stark harsh bleakness of the landscape suited the tone of the movie well. RIP sushant. 3/5

Excellent Movie. A must see. What a production and story line. Superb acting by Sushant - he had so much more to give to this world. RIP Sushant. Highly recommend watching this movie.

A dark morbid theme matched perfectly with brilliant visuals portraying the same. Excellent performance by Sushant and Bhumi. This movie gives us a vicarious experience of a dacoit's life in a social setting plagued by casteism and male chauvinism.
