Wow! That was really good. I don't quite know what to say, it just kind of grabbed me from the start and didn't let go. Good cast. Prithviraj is superb.

Don trying to capture Detroit with one goonda...?? Could have named that Goonda as keeleri achu and changed the genre of movie to humor!! It would have collected more than current collection!!! I don't know how comments suggest it as a good movie? Story has no backbone and I don't know how prithviraj agreed for this!!

Beautiful movie with a good plot, theme and some jaw-dropping performances, definitely worth the 2 hours! Prithvi and Rahman, especially, are the heart and soul of this movie. People who seem to comment negative about this movie are the ones who have constrained analytical abilities. No idea why this movie didn't do well at the box office. Perhaps some people find joy in watching stupid movies

If you don't mind a chick-flick version of a gangster movie you will like it. But If you are looking for an action film about gritty Detroit you will be disappointed. The cinematography and music does provide a Hollywood production feel at times. But lack of budget, believable sub-plots, support cast (no gang in this gangster film) makes it fall short. I still enjoyed the movie because of the writing though screen play was disappointing. Kudos on the trail-blazing effort.

Not exactly the guns and gangs, but drugs and lot of dysfunctinal familes, and messed up humans.
