Not a bad movie. It's a slapstick nonsense movie like the Housefull movies or Golmaal. I think the only reason it was named Welcome 3 was to profit of the franchise, otherwise it has literally no link to the previous Welcome movies other than a reference to Uday & Majnu and the Welcome song. Some of the actors in the film were completely unnecessary too. Average songs and no inappropriate scenes, there is some mild adult humor and some violence - I'd suggest age 10+ . Overall I would give this 2.5/5.
