story is just okay-2*; Rashmika's acting is worst, she can't express the right emotions, doesn't have command on acting so we were forced to see her low grade performance. te other characters acted well, the hero, his frient radhika, rashmika's father etc. just timepass movie if one has nothing else better to do.

The whole point was how difficult it was for her to get out of the relationship. She grew up in a sheltered environment, so at first the idea of being in a relationship/in love was alluring, and she didn't notice the issues in the relationship. When she started noticing, she felt guilty to leave this person she once cared for and also like she was doing something wrong, because agreeing to marriage was the morally "right" thing in her mind. At least that's my interpretation

It's an amazing movie and the comments that are disparaging it are a true testament to the level of uneducation in Indian men (and unfortunately some women). Rashmika did a great job, and beyond that the movie sends a much needed message.

Nice storyline. A girl exploring her own feelings in a relationship with her boyfriend and realizing the controlling behaviors exhibited by her boyfriend expressed as love. Even her relationship with her father is portrayed in a nuanced way. Really nice movie for the younger people to think about what does loving someone mean.

Great story and great performance. The people who think Rashmika’s acting is bad in this movie simply do not understand the complex emotions the female lead is going through in her mind. I think this is by far Rashmika’s best performance in her acting career. Dear Comrade comes a close second. Much needed story as well especially for India, as we are so used to looking at women as a caretaker.
