Religion is not the issue its the way how history/past was twisted and changed.. some people who got converted along the way don't see it or refuse to accept the face and taking everything personal when the real bloodline of Mohamed in middle east or the arabs are educated/ well spoken and progress while some stayed brainwashed and play victim games.. this is the sad reality and if the country and people get educated or understands this then india will progress faster

Cinema should be a way of expression for a free society to tell and show what is normally suppressed. That needs courage and honest effort to bring out all the stories without any judgement. This movie was more of a Hindu-Muslim thing and a clear propaganda machine for Modi (like some pointed out in the comments). I truely like the act of Paresh Rawal, but I am really dissapointed with this one sided Hindu propaganda. But, I am happy this movie is made, because it also raises the question: who built all the ancient Manders in India? Not Hindues. Read Arundhati Roy about Hindu massacre.
