This is a nice feel-good movie about the success of Tarla Dalal. From a common housewife she becomes a sought-after name in the cooking industry as she presents new innovative vegetarian cooking options. Helmed efficiently by Piyush Gupta the film does not have a false beat. It also has cast that are very apt for their roles. The only thing negative I would say was that somehow Huma Qureshi did not fit the role and her performance could have been a lot better

A very good movie. The director deserves compliments for turning around the story very fast when negative twists happens. One scene I noticed unnecessary was Tara’s mother-in-law’s role.

A nice biopic as a tribute for legends of yesteryears. A feel good movie along the lines of Julie & Julia. Could have explored more on cooking aspects. Tarla's costume (sarees) also could have been better.
