This is a really good movie. The plot was abit confusing at first as it jumped between past & present but you learn to understand it towards the end. All the actors did an amazing job, in particular Vijay Sethupathi & surprisingly Anurag Kashyap too. I would give this 4/5. IMO this isn't a family film as it is very violent & some scenes imply rape although there's no nudity. I would recommend age 14+ due to the violence & sensitive topics covered in the film.

This is a brilliant movie. Although sad and pretty violent but the story telling and the acting done is exceptional. Bollywood must be itching to make a remake with Akshay in the main lead.

movie of the year (so far) Amazing story and acting by Vijay and Anurag Kashyap... the story leaves you with so many thoughts.. how Karma plays ! you have to watch this in Tamil as dubbed version will not do the justice. story goes back and forth in past and present, causing a little confusion but at the end, "wow".. "Oh.." moments (pls dont fight over North vs south really pathetic to see people argue, appreciate the diversity and culture in our country)
