Quite easily one of the worst Tamil films ever made. I wonder how idiots like this get to write and direct films. Half-baked knowledge on some random societal ills, and anyone can write films these days? How did he get a producer and actors to go along with it? The entire film was cringeworthy with horrendous screenplay, fake sets and awful lighting. This spoils the reputation of Tamil films.

The movie is a wonderful entertainer and here is why I think so *The story flows smoothly without much hiccups *Surya and Ramya krishnan acting was fun to watch * Karthik's character is very grey and was interesting Things I didn't like * None of the songs were interesting and mostly fast forwarded * narration was bit slow, the pace should have been bit faster. Overall it's a good entertainer, can watch it once with bit of fast forwarding :)

Ignore the comments. It is a tamil movie and they have recreated things from old days quite nicely. Surya is playing his part like he is supposed to. If you see it is a tamil movie you will enjoy. Don't expect any hollywood or bollywood style extravaganza.

Good movie. I like it. I am not a surya fan. Its wroth to watch one time. I Agree songs are not good except one song . I am fan of Anirudh. :( Ramya Krishan madam acted very well. Good screenplay.
