Great acting by mohanlal, and not many great actors have had similar stories to pull off what he had done in the climax, and therefore it was very unique.

this is totally an illogical screen play. When he is accused of becoming a mobster, why can Mohanlal not tell his parents clearly what is happening so they understand? He just accepts whatever accusation his father makes and walks away. Looks like the director is trying to make a story out of seemingly nothing. Nevertheless, everyone acted well.

I agree...It was frustrating not seeing him try to explain further. But even if he didn't, his father, as a good cop, should have done some inquiring at the bar and the tea stall.

This movie deserves it's spot in Malayalam cinema, within this movie Mohanlal has made his mark and solid foundation in the industry. Although it's 2020, and his latest movies are pretty bad, it doesn't hurt to go back and watch the classics that made Mohanlal who he is now.
