While the movie was running, I read a book. It was a very productive time. I meant reading the book. Nothing else to say.

Just because you try to publicise a part of history and an ancient weapon doesn't make a movie great. This movie is painful to watch.

Movies should be appreciated and watched for his story/performance and merit..... people comment positive because a favourable actors are in the movie is completely wrong..... Waste of time! take my advice don't watch....

Siva Karthikeyan is spoiling his career by trying to become Rajnikanth too fast... he should focus on being himself! Poor movie. Limited story. No acting.... Siva - Soori combo was stale. Samantha was just eye candy (when will she ever chose roles for acting!)...

Simran can try villainous roles without doing whatever she did here.

This is a wonderful movie with great message and rich culture of meaning the Tamils. Instead looking at its negative take in the message of our rich history the movie is trying to convey. “Tamil’s land should only be owned by Tamil” is a great message and the great weapons VALERI was first made by Tamil long before boomerangs. Lovely comedy as well. Soori and Sivakarthikeyan perfect combo.

An awesome movie. Kudos to Siva for taking this. The historical version was very nice

why does it hang so much?

Whilst rated as a comedy, the rich culture of Dravidian heritage is well illustrated. It is sad that viewers only saw the movie as a raja-rani story with poor comedy lines. Please view it with the rich history of times gone by. Great cast.
