I would recommend this film for parents who don't encourage their kids to spend time on extraicurricular activities. Spending time on your own hobbies is just as important as hw.

Also the main actor in the film represents an ideal teacher, teachers are suppose to encourage students to perform their best as well as inspire them to go for their dreams.

Not discourage them. Nowadays all teachers care about is money/getting through the material, and they dont even talk one on one to students anymore/try to understand them.

This was such an amazing and inspiring movie for the 80-90s generation for whom doordarshan was the only medium. Thank you Einthusan for uploading a classic.
