OMG!! What a movie! Direction is the first thing to be praised (...ex, look at the boy jumping in joy when they go to visit Valli)... I don't wanna know the names but that boy is simply amazing! Legend! This movie (story, acting and direction) must give confidence to lot of budding directors. If you have a good story and a good director you don't need swearing high-profile heroes or producers. A must match movie.

Truly a great and remarkable movie. Words are inexpressible to see such a simple - yet a lovely movie. The love between Karuppu Durai & Kutty is so sweet. Innocent and pure love - a must watch for all. How one should behave to their parents and how much love parents still have, even in their old age, for all in spite of all the cruelty to them. Thanks for a great movie. Watched in one sitting. I was tired of watching Tamil movies with violence and double meanings and unnecessary scenes. I watch them for few minutes and get tired of the violence and switch off. This movie is a refreshing change. Nice photography, direction and great performance by all the actors especially Kutty and KD. Great direction. Hope to see more good movies by this director. Keep up the good work.

Spellbound!! What a movie!! Both the lead characters did a phenomenal job. Deserves a huge applause. Credit goes to the director for crafting the artistes and the screen play. All departments were excellent. The characters touches the heart. After a long time watched an excellent movie. Don't miss it!!! must watch!!

such an organic movie (lyk panchagavyam). The director (madhumitha) touches across innumerable village-related items - too many to list-down. EVERY person who has ever lived in south-indian (tamil nadu) village will identify themselves with at least 3 or 4 aspects of this movie. She cud hv avoided the unwanted "angry" scene featuring badava-gopi - but i guess her inner ee-vey-raw had 2 be satisfied. Description says "euthanasia" - but in KD's case, it's actually planned murder. LOL.
