India needs to stop reproducing like animals. Have a look at the population in public transport and in road it’s like herds of animals moving around. Majority of them being less educated behave like animals. Stop reproducing and quality of life will increase automatically.

Tamil Nadu's reproduction rate is just 1.4 and Gross Enrolment in Higher education is 45%+ in both reproduction and higher education Tamil Nadu is far better than many European countries. By the way Chennai's GDP is more than twice of your country Estonia.
