What a gore fest! I am not sure why this was reviewed positively by the media at the time of the release. I should have spared myself this torture by looking at user ratings! Skip it, and save yourself 90 minutes. If you want to see a good movie on a similar subject less gory with great music watch, the Marathi movie "Sairat"

Good movie overall great casting good acting with excellent plot. Unfortunately i felt like it was too fast spaced unnecessarily at times which compromised our connection to the story and characters. But I did love the ending of the movie and it felt perfect. As a Idealist I wish that love won't be associated with violence, shame and hatred anymore but sadly the reality is little different to many around the world.
