Bad film! Weak script. There was no use of showing characters in the family or the female lead. The Vijays and Ajiths of the world need to spend more time acting and choosing strong scripts than glorifying their swag for shots!

One of the boring movies of 2018. Vijay over acting + the screenplay sucked in second half especially. Disastrous movie. And what’s with the slow mo fight scenes which lack continuity and a headache to watch.. this movie makes one to hate slow mos..and bgm is it ARR!!OMG.. on the whole andisastrous movie..taking my 8th interval and yet to complete watching this shit

Good theme for the awareness of Democracy that can be re-established by the people who should choose and elect candidates who are voluntarily social service minded in their respective area; Younger generation to come forward to help to form a Government for the people. Such a change is definitely needed where corrupt politicians form the government.

Coward AH!! I used to be a vijay fan - not any more. When JJ was alive he was keeping his tail between his legs. When SunTV tried to stop his 'Kaavalan' movie he got the help from JJ. Now in this movie the Villy name is Komalavalli(JJ's original name), Green Sari - is it a coincidence??? Gutless cowards... Opportunists...

Vijay's political entry test movie. Oh God. ..when will Tamil cinema stop such kinda movies showcasing celluloid hero wanting to enter politics?. Whatever improvements shown in industry is dusted off by hero worship. Gd counter strategies by both Vijay and Varalaksmi side. The second half is more focused on Vijay delivering politically driven dialogs.

So over the top. Not worth watching.

Ridiculous. Murugadoss is not in form and neither is Vijay. Sloppy screenplay too. The dude has apparently been earning 1800 crores INR/annum, but he has no money to rent office space in Chennai for two weeks! A bunch of families have to vacate their modest homes to make space for his office. Keerthi Suresh has been wasted. And yet, the movie is a hit.

Pukka political and commercial entertainer - Addressed wide variety of political issues happening and facing by Tamil Nadu people. Vijay and AR Murugadoss delivered a complete political drama with a great message like 49-P, how one vote can change the constitution etc etc. ADMK adimai govt and convicted leader and their senseless vision and mission were thrashed in conveyable manner.

Usual Vijay movie. His fans will like it. Otherwise it was so so. I liked Telugu movie "Bharat ee nenu" over this! Similar theme but better plot. Better storyline

Can't believe in this day and age, these type of totally illogical movies are made. He has been doing the same kind of acting for so many years.

I would recommend our Rowdy Baby maaari over this one.. :)
