I thought the original tamil movie itself is a big joke and many scenes lifted from hollywood movies then surely this telugu remake will be another joke. Ofcourse since chiranjeevi is famous for songs i watched those video songs and they are nice.

One more typical movie of Chiranjeevi. Strongly suggest not to waste your time watching this movie. Songs are great through. I think it's time for Chiranjeevi to act in father or senior roles. Looks too fat to be a hero. LOL

Horrible movie, total waste of time!! I am schocked to see South Indian movies, Tamil and Telugu, make such crap movies. They should learn from peers in the Malayalam and Hindi industry, who raised the technical values, move-making, story and screenplay to the next level. This movie is a hype that is fit for Fans, but not for people seeking entertainment.

It may be a terrible remake of the original film however I don't believe you should criticise the entire south Indian film industry, you must have either not come across some of golden films the industry has produced or else you have very shallow/ bland tastes in movies. There are many movies made in Hindi which are remakes from Tamil and Telugu films.

If u compare with the original Kaththi, yes this might seem like a downgrade in some ways (songs mainly). But if u watch this with another mindset, that of a Chiranjeevi fan or of watching a typical Telugu mass movie, then u will enjoy this a lot. That's why while Tamil people might hate this, Telugu audiences loved it. I'm a Tamil guy and a Thalapathy fan, but I too loved it, primarily for Chiranjeevi's return and faithfulness to the original. And the coin fight was done better and more entertaining here IMO. So happy to watch Boss is Back on the big screen!
