Very thrilling movie.

ok story, nothing spectacular apart from the fight sequences. Dushara's and Dhanush's performances saved the day. Otherwise, nothing memorable

An excellent movie with Dhanush at his best! He not only proves himself as an outstanding actor but also shines as a director. The combination of Dhanush and A.R. Rahman is fantastic. A must-watch—I’ve already seen it three times!

Sun's marketing can even sell shit and convert their black to white .. Nothing special here !!

When I saw the writer/director is Dhanush, I did not bother reading other reviews to watch this masterpiece. Aparna Balamulari needs intermittent fasting though :(

There is too much violence in movies, and I wish that all directors, whether Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or even Hollywood, would stop depicting such violence. The problem is that these kinds of movies have a negative effect on people's minds. For example, in Tamil Nadu, we see gangs involved in violent acts, similar to the ones shown in films, which are then reported on news channels like Sun News and Polimer. Recently, there was an incident in Tamil Nadu where someone was killed, and it seemed to mirror what is portrayed in these movies. Watching such films only encourages more violent behavior.

No head or tell script. On top, whole movie is so dark and no bright settings. I guess Dhanush and producers have a lot of black money they wanted to waste. Hence this movie. All who said good in comments I can understand their frustration and sadism...lol! They wanted others to watch it and waste their time. This is the world we live in right now. Honestly, this is a thrash and waste of time.

i tried watching for Dhanush - but seriously - why even make a movie like this which has no logic - no story - no sense - Please watch movies of Soori who is doing such amazing roles and story - All these big actors now ride on just making a non sense movie and just throw violence - Please avoid the movie

Fantastic movie.. Acting in the central role and directing the movie together is not easy. Ably done by Dhanush... Kudos!

Such a waste of time, budget and resources. Story doesn’t have enough pretext or logical progression that will lead the screenplay- don’t waste your time. The only highlight is ARR’s BGM & soundtrack, everything else is a mess.

Pros :Music, Acting (Dushara,Dhanush,SJ Suryah) Plot : Sibling's betrayal. Cons : Not a free flowing screenplay. Characterization of other characters not justified. Also predictable screenplay.

What is wrong with people here rating this one as an excellent movie? One of the worst movies ever made and that too by Dhanush. He is a decent actor and makes good family oriented movies. This is just violence at its peak. Illogical back stabbing by his brothers .. just to bring in some surprise element.

Good movie, could do with less violence. Cannot believe that it's directed by Dhanush- strong direction, strong performance. Could have used prakash raj better.

I really don't understand what's the point of this movie. So much violence, revenge, blood shed, still nothing good come out of it. Such a waste of talents of the actors and actresses.

Watched this movie while on holiday in Sri Lanka, first show. Excellent atmosphere to watch Tamil movies, truly enjoyed it. In real life, many brothers/sisters abuse their family members, and misuse sibling's love for personal gains. Nice movie, but too much violence.

Story by Dhanush!!!!!!! If dhanush would have avoided siblings betrayal, his sister being Ra....ed scene, 10/10. Was interesting until the family United.

Horrible movie full of violence and bloodshed. This movie has to be banned very bad story. I do not recommend this movie to anyone. Such inhuman violence is not a solution. Dhanush tries to create himself as a super human. Most of the actors did their job well.

While I dislike violence, I liked that women finally have more autonomy and preferential treatment :) I hope Dhanush's direction will foster more badass women being in front of the screen. It's about time!

What is the need for this extreme violence? Power Pandi - Another Dhanush directorial was such a breeze. Why show violence as common, not just in this movie, almost every other film has it.
