OK MOVIE, ONE TIME WATCH It's nice history movie. Sanjay Dutt's ( baba) best acting. Kriti Sannon ok. Arjun Kapoor can not have any expression on face. Sad, Romantic or funny. If you looking at same scenario movie than Bajiroa Mastani is best movie as Acting, direction and Story.

Perhaps one could argue that the cinematography was not as splendid as Padmaavat and other predecessors, or that Arjun Kapoor’s acting is about as wooden as a plank but at least it wasn't as pretentious (or misguided) as Karan Johar's Kalank. I enjoyed Gowariker's take on this event in history and don't quite get why it tanked at the box office. Politics?

if they would chose another actor and not arjun, this movie would reach amazing numbers in box office...i am mostly sad for kriti since this would be a big movie for her career

It is a huge production with all the pagentry and exuberance that Hindi film making is capable of, in terms of manpower and colorful history, yet the film lacks strength in plot and fluidity. In the end it all proves meaningless or unnecessary because they were not protecting anything on either side but rather conquering and of course the treason or betrayal or the greed from their own was what conquered or won.

Good watch and nice performances! Not to discredit the Marathas but they are usually portrayed as the only ones who by and large kept Mughals at bay. Unfortunately, not many Indians realize that it was the formidable Vijayanagar empire, the first Hindu Indian empire, which acted as a bulwark against the rampaging mughals for over 300 years. The Marathas in a way inherited the benefits from this bulwark!

as always Indians keep inviting outsiders for personal benefits. And India always stuck between wars and rebuilding, not reaching its true potential. wake up Indians...History may not give you more chances

Great costume design, as in all Gowariker movies. Poor dialogue writing. Romance scenes look very superficial due to weak dialogues. They tried a lot of one-liners, rather than showing how a normal conversation goes. Some CGI looked like a cartoon.

A typical indian movie where Hero never fails to win. What i mean is that these are real stories we shouldnt be mixing it with emotions in order to win viewers hearts. arjun and kriti werent good choices
