Good movie. Even similar stories are there already, this movie going good. Siva acting improved and this moving showing him as proper hero acting and not just comedy.

I always enjoyed watching sivarkarthikayan movies but this one? I'm sorry but it was slightly boring. I found that they just rehashed all the clichés of a movie with simple humor and unfortunately for me it didn't work. Despite the fact that they try to show that the love of a parent is sometimes hidden... The songs though were catchy and pretty good overall.

Good comedy. One time watch!

Another blockbuster for SK. First half full comedy. Second half mostly sentimental scenes. Honestly I think after VIP 1 mother sentiment this is the only sentimental movie that has actually really worked. The last half an hour of the movie really pulls you to an emotional ride that by the end of it your tears will start rolling down your cheeks without your realisation. Songs & bgm as usual Anirudh rocked it. A very well made movie.

Movie started as a mediocre masala and evolved to a better finish. Good message and quality acting. Few touching scenes well presented. One good role for SKS and well played by him. On the whole a good to watch once movie if you do not walk out during the first half.

A good movie to watch, comedy first and ending with tears at the last

FANTASTIC. The only tamil film in 35yrs of my life that has made me cry. So many things in this story resonate with my life..from the golden retriever to my arts career to my relationship with my dad and now that I'm also a dad to a young boy. Just in time for Fathers' Day. Once again..probably the best tamil film ever cleverly and simply made without cgi, graphics and fluff.

Stupid Movie, no concept and baseless messages, the father will hide his feelings the son will never know his feelings, how come hiding the truth make the son to know it

A very nice story

by far the best movie i have seen in 2022 and probably Sk best movie ever in my opinion

The soundtrack of the movie was the only good thing. It's so disappointing to see the mother justify the father's toxic parenting simply because 'he doesn't know how to show love'. Even if the father did everything in his power to make sure that his son didn't have a hard life that doesn't excuse his behaviour, e.g. publicly humiliating his son, shaving his head, burning his laptop. It also shows that Arts related subjects aren't respected nor encouraged in our community. Killing off the father completely disavowed him of being held accountable for his actions and seemed like a rushed ending.

A great autograph for his father !!! I love this movie!

Comedy was amazing, i laughed a lot. Sad that story was rushed at the end therefore emotions were not aligned with the movie.
