Hope Indian builders take note of the boardroom scene, which holds a lot of weight. Recently I looked into buying an apartment in India. It was so discouraging to encounter obsolete concrete lego block designs repeatedly. Interior is equally poor. Not even basics like separate dry/wet areas in the bathroom. Every nation has it's own commodity it can market to the world. With it's undeniable/unmatched ancient architecture excellence, Bharat should be able to innovate and surpass everyone globally.
