I had high expectations for this movie but the balloon popped. I do not know whether the producers could have done a better job with a different main character like Ayushmann Khurrana. My friend who is a Ranbir Kapoor said that his disappointed at seeing his movies continues and is fearful that he will overstay his presence in Bollywood like some of his family.

Talking of climax, this film was a bit of anti-climax like seeing a comment under the discussion tab 'First' followed by 'second.' A good effort but the juice is not worth the squeeze.

Hindi movies normalize hitting (and in this movie for no reason) and its NOT ok. And the climax scene of who family kneeling down and proposing to the girl. Which inlaws ego will let them do this? Can never happen in real life.

I am fearful that Hindi movie industry is trying too hard to curb back on the success they enjoyed until about three years ago. A lot of the time, my friends and I watch Hindi dramas on Netflix which is a totally different thing: new talent, versatile stories and entertaining subjects. With Bollywood it is the same old acting dynasties without really giving chance to new talent other than the Kapoors, Bachchans and the Khans. We need more of Kartik Aaryan, Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar.

My sister's mother-in-law did something very similar to this. She was old so she couldn't kneel, but she held a rose, decorated her apartment, and along with her other family members, in front of me, proposed to her. She said that she loves her a lot, and will treat her like a daughter, pack her lunch or dinner, no matter what shift she works, would always scold her when she makes a mistake, and love her for all of her love. P.S. She is now married to the same guy, and she can't stop praising her mother-in-law. So, it is possible to get rid of your ego, but many choose to not do it.

Disapointed with the movie. Shraddha's character reason is totally rubish. Can't understand the whole point of all this...was impressed with Ranbir's acting and enjoyed the whole reference to Karthik and Nushrat previous movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, the songs are very nice but the story is really weak..

2 and half hours seemed like a long runtime for a romantic comedy, but the movie works for me. There wasn't any moment in the movie that i felt like skipping. It's not a movie that I wouldn't mind watching again.

Cannot this believe this is from Luv Ranjan. This film is mushier than Hum Aapke hain koun which came thirty years ago. Tame love story full of weird happenings devoid of any logic. Ranbir and Shradha look nice together but Ranbir gives a sense of deja vu. Shradha though is electric and owns the film. Boney kapoor has a small role and its obvious why he never became an actor. Dimple is over the top -not really her fault. The film will benefit Spanish tourism (exotic locales).

Rich kids, life is all rainbows and unicorns' pooping gold, no effort in story line, none in character casting. Typical bollywood cr@p. Everyone gradually going for botox, and surgeries to wrap up their youth for 50 years. Now I could say all of the above but then again watching something for free and criticizing is easy, aint it?
