Great movie, tight writing and good work from the lead actress in a double role

I could predict the entire story in the first 5 minutes and then patiently watched it follow my prediction. However, I still ended up enjoying it and even was moved to tears at one part of the movie - so I will give it 3/5. They could have made the climax much better though!

Kanika Dhillon continues to write absolute rubbish. This one is akin to the Haseen Dilruba series. It might just be followed by a Char patti and aath patti soon. An ageing and tired looking Kajol plays a cop who has no other work than to keep following around characters involved in domestic abuse. And then she doubles up as a prosecution lawyer. The court proceedings would put the trite from seventies to shame. Sanon acts well but who can save such a terrible story

the director tried to trick audience into thinking that this is something we never saw before.. but she failed. absolutely waste and boring. The tricks dont work.. only a good story works.. the story line is good but not well presented and well directed

It's the most illogical movie of our times! I mean the author wrote it confused and in a split mind, and the actors followed it through in letter and spirit. First off, no police can practice law, second, a prosecution lawyer cannot hide evidence, third, fighting sisters come together without showing what made them do it...the last court scene and trying to reopen the case is an unnecessary story to fill the time.

loved the move, good story, good message for the viewers. It is Kriti's movie as she has done her best performance in htins movie doing 2 different roles. Kajole's role was justified giving her 2 roles Polica and a lwyer. She done welll, but I would say it is Kriti's show ! she looks amazing

This movie is not boring, it's actually so moving. I feel so bad for all those men/women who go through domestic abuse everyday whether it be by their life partner or family. I agree with one bit of the movie which is too NEVER stay quiet. Fight for your right!!! DON'T STAY QUIET!!!

Very imperfect storytelling, yet good enough because of Kriti Sanon and Shaheer Sheikh. Kajols acting and/or her character were a disapointment. This topic needs a film that does it better justice, but I appreciate any movie depicting this part of our culture.
