Remaking is done very very worst. Also, we should not expect Aravinda Samy to replace the legend Mamooty. Where Aravinda Swamy is a backyard swimming pool while comparing Mamooty who is an ocean.

very disappointing and messed up story line .the editing and the continuity of the scenes are inappropriate .the music and rerecording is noisy...dint expect this from Siddque.The costume and cinematography is good.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. Agree that the original Malayalam version is better (story wise) but I think this is a decent entertainer. Arvind Swamy did justice to this role. Macho!

I have not seen the Mamootty movie but I don't get the hate towards this. I think it's kind of fun, primarily the first half. It has its flaws, there's especially a really weird edit about a half hour from the end and part of the story is only there to create action and is never really cleared up, but I still think it's a pretty entertaining watch.
