I seem to be the first one to comment on this film here! Surprising as this film is a real gem. The story is very original focusing on the difficulties many face with ageing parents. As a Swede coming from a culture where living together with parents is rare, the ideas and issues in this film quite distant from my reality but very close to how I have felt (and would like to see the realiy).

Yes that is true, in India we normally have this concept of living with parents, even after working/marriage. There is a shift in this trend nowadays but if I consider the previous generations it was quite common for children to live with their parents even in their old age. But even now there are many situations where this still exists

Agreed. We come to einthusan for Indian movies of all regions. Understood that most people watches Bollywood movies, but there are some from other regions of India besides South India. Please upload Bengali, Marathi and Punjabi movies too more often. Thank you.
