During the movie promotions they should have told to get Notebook / Pen to take notes while watching. So, much processing to do after finishing the movie.

Honestly probably the best movie yet this year. The non-linear story line was everything and kept us on the edge of our seats. Although a very simple premise, the story telling was engaging, humorous and thought-provoking. The film grapples with 2 dads that love their daughter very much but have different disciplines. The parallels between a how women and dustbins are perceived is portrayed well and clear. It also shows the complexities of where people find excuses to act badly and reason them with some twisted logic.

The movie was good I love the movie Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathy did exceptionally well

Story: Maharaja is an innocent barber. Many years ago, his wife and real daughter are killled in an accident. THen he adopts a criminal's daughter after criminal goes to jail. After 15. years, criminal release from jail and bruútally gang raaape his own daughter 2x times. He does not know she is his daughter until the last scene when he sees scar mark on her shoulder. Movie start scene, Maharaja does comedy by asking police to find his missing dustbin. But does he really find his dustbin is the real mystery.

It's time for filmmakers to move away from sensationalizing rape and violence for dramatic effect or popularity.
