well the movie is good to watch with a drink, but as a malayali guy let me tell you , atleast listen to kamal hasan talking in malayalamm its a tough language but when you try to use it try to be a bit authentic, we mallus use tamil as it is , in our movies since 90s , we respect tamil a lot and we expect it back as well, it seems to me as a bafoon play.

I also felt same. Being a tamizhan, I always feel bad if bollywood does not give authentic feel to a tamil character in their movies. I appreciate malayalam movies as they give realistic feel to tamil characters in their movie. Most tamil movies also portray good and realistic when they have a different language character, but some masala movies like this spoil the beauty of other languages in the name of comedy and I also strongly condemn be it any language

The hero is so cute. It is not a heart wrenching movie but still a good family drama. Someone mentioned the Malayalam spoke in the movie is not good. The movie is set in Tamil Nadu. The reviewer probably has not heard how malayalees talk I. Tamil Nadu. It’s always mixed with Tamizh.
