This movie was VERY slow; artistic. Normally I may not have liked it but I did. They put the B&W flashbacks in between color, present, well done. Indian history of child actor Apu

Thanks always for subtitles. Love it when you subtitle the other Indian films, as well as the Hindi ones, esp. the ones that are well-liked so it's likely we'd want to see them.

Apu role was well played by Sushir ji and sad he was not given anymore chance and Kaishik sir did a great job by making his story in this film..thanks Einthu for this movie..

going to watch it....and as Wendy said am very grateful to you for the suntitles without that i cant view diff language movies...

Bengali movies are so unique and great to watch....thanks for so many Ray sir movies and detective movies..you guys are awesome!!!

Brilliant direction, real life of Apu has similaratity to his film. liked the way how the director showed his past life and few scenes from apumovie. Acting was good.

Apus character haunted Subhir, as the ending note, subhir ji will live in our thoughts like Apu lives.

As always Koushik Gosh made his mark with another one. It is after life of Apu after Pather Panchali. Story touched almost all the corner of it. Performance is good from all of the actor.

Awesome movie. Amazing screenplay, editing and performances.
