The story is actually very mystic and intriguing! If you actually go into depth of it's history, it's very meaningful and mesmerizing. It's a thoughtful story. I wish Prabhas could have more dialogues, but I guess that's his character in the movie. Salaar has brought my expectations to the peaks!

Prashant has mixed the storylines of his two prominent movies for the first part 70% of the story is taken from Ugram (Kannada) and the rest is depicted as in KGF. Need to see how the story builds up for the next part.

Best movie ever! Everyone regardless of religion or linguistic identity should watch. Prabhas is the boooomb!

Story: Prabhas is the heir of Shouryaanga -- a tribe -- and the kingdom of Khansaar should have been his. Instead, he tries to pretend to be servant to his best friend and lgbt lover Varadha. Raja's daughter orders ceasefire between dora and nobles. But first son orders ceasefire to be lifted, according to Khansaar Constituion. Story is basically about feudal fights in an independent kingdom Khansaar within India.

This is a wonderful LGBT movie about 2 friends Deva and Varadha. They cannot live without each other, and Deva (played by superhero Prabhas) beats up and even killls those who assault Varadha. Beautiful love story .. waiting for part 2.

Good action entertainer from Prabhas after a long time. Prasanth creates these vast sets and in-depth characters however due to the fast action paced sequences, this part gets left behind and only on second watch we can appreciate these details. Prabhas has less than 5 minutes of Dialogues in the entire movie. Rest all is action and drama. Finally, Hombale should have marketed this film better.

Best movie I have ever watched. Amazing!!!!!!

Prabha's face is very dull and his body is like a sick chicken.In Bahubali he was handsome. Movie scenes are too rubbery build-up for each character and action. Fights are not like mass heroes. Hope he looks energetic in part 2. If Yash was in his role, this role would turn majestically good.

Action is pretty good, over the top but that is what I expected from Prashant Neel. I feel like Salaar is an updated version of Ugramm. This is how Prashant Neel would have directed Ugramm in 2023

Would have been better if the runtime was shorter removing some scenes. Too much slow-mo. Songs one of the biggest let down in the movie. Hope part 2 will be better

Average movie. Better than Animal though. Prashanth Neel is way overrated IMO. Learn some from Rajamouli.

Salaar means Leader, Chief, Commander in urdu. It is a muslim name. In Hyderabad, Salahuddin Owaisi is called "Salaar-E-Millat', Leader of the community.
