Excellent movie!! Different story line. Performance of all the actors are natural and enjoyable. Loved the movie till the end. Screen play could have been a bit better and well thought out. In some places, the screen plan does not go with logic

I don't know how people accept such stories (supposedly people think these types of movies are more realistic representing our village life) as something possible going forward. On one side of the story, the real village life shows how people are honest about their lives, and when incident happens, the same set of dharmic folks turn ulta-pulta to hide facts to support the wrong doings - that is hiding a crime.

I think, the key message still is not driven in the movie. It came about presenting it, but failed to garner the movement. It ended up lame. Our village life is all about honesty, but NOT. We think they are but honestly they hide largely because of the fear of the police system, criminal investigation frauds, infrastructure to support honesty, etc. The movie fails on that aspect. Big time failure. Message: It is really bad that people accept it (frauds, dishonesty and crime) just to protect fellow family man or sect. I'm sure that is not the message the movie wants to drive at.

Had no idea what the movie was about when I played it; in fact, being a vegetarian, had to force myself to continue watching in spite of the first few minutes. :) Soon got mesmerized by the splendid acting and natural dialogues. What a screenplay and acting by everyone! A realistic portrayal of many aspects of the daily life - including the amusing jibes of some characters irrespective of the situation - of rural TN. No dances, no 'social-message; a simple story of some villagers as they react and deal with an unfortunate incident that had no witnesses. Give it a watch!
