Every Indian must watch. Not because the movie is good or for the actors or dialogue, but for our right to know the truth. We are not taught about great nationalists like Shastri and Bose in our history books. All books are about Nehru & Gandhi. We don't ask because we don't know. Maybe its time for us to know and ask for truth.

As a fiction and romcom fan I've never really been keen on watching this kind of movies but my god am I glad I clicked!! The story was astonishingly brought to live and I'm writing this in tears... Even though the movie does not have your typical fighting, kissing and drama It literally brought up almost every human right issues and I genuinely learned a lot from watching this. I hope this movie as well will not be swept under the carpet and it will get more recognition, because it is a damn good story !!!

A must watch movie for every Indian.. Reason why the Indian politicians are corrupt after Shashtri era was clearly depicted. Indira Gandhi was sold in the hands of USSR. KGB ruled our state. Howsuch revealing facts were not disclosed by the GoI. Hope someday truth will be in our books also. 2nd Oct is not only about Gandhi. Superb acting by journalist Shweta Basu and all other actors. Loved the direction and dialogues.

What a movie, a must watch

very nice movie. very well depicted about the history.

From the aspect of the serious questions that this movie raises, and, also how a voice (any voice) is subdued (tried in the movie), this is a good watch. Of course Mitrokhin archives cannot be taken as evidence, but KGB intervention in Indian politics cannot be denied either (case in point Operation BLUESTAR). The Bikhao Media and the Lutyens Delhi has been well presented (verbally). Serious movie worth watching once for the story line and multiple times for performances.
