They use stock subtitles they don't do the subtitles themselves. you'll need to go buy the actual DVD if you want the official subs. usually stock subs are good...sometimes they're bad. it's nothing to cry about. you pay 20 bucks for a lifetime of premium service and over hundreds of videos to watch.
