Average movie. First half boring. Second half is the best part of the movie. Sneha & Dhanush’s (father role) acting was really good. Chill bro, Jigidi Killadi & Morttau Thamizhan da the 3 good songs in the movie. One time watchable.

Just in last movie (asuran) it was said that british were generous, kind ppl who gave "panchami" nilam to natives (adi-dhiravidar, pazhankudiyinar). Best Movie promoting native martial arts

Super...hope they introduce this sport in all schools in Tamil Nadu, especially to girls.

If such a martial arts form did exist, it could have been researched further and given a more meaningful and powerful depiction. Unfortunately, a very weak story with a very stereotypical formula of martial arts movies (noble master, honest student, disrespectful son etc) made the overall film very crude and the historical elements didn't get their rightful representation

OK Movie. But it is a necessary record of our heritage like Adu kalam etc. I see similarities in the action scenes of Kaithi and Pulimurugan. I know nothing of this art. Hope it is authentic. Very similar to Baagi. Can any one confirm the name of the martial art tradition in Baagi pease.

I watched Baaghi again and googled. The artform is Kalaripayattu from Kerala
