Horrible crowd pleasing crap from Bala, with Atheist propaganda here and there. Terrible acting. There is such a dearth of good films that people in TN think this is a good film. Horrible editing, video effects. Should have come out in the 2000s maybe.

Thank Goodness.. it was rightly set for 1 1/2 hour movie. Everything was done and perfectly screen played. Of course, they could cut down on few melodramas, and the cop biz could have been more polished, and as such Indian police system needs a fresh look. They missed an oppty. to send a better message to cops. A few tweaks would have made it super.

Everyone else played the character naturally than Jyothika! Not sure what Bala had in mind when directing Jyothika's scenes! Intolerable and unwarranted facial expressions from Jyothika! Did Bala mistook those expressions for the attitude of a strong woman, definitely he got it wrong? Disappointing movie like anyother Bala's creation!

Overall.. In my opinion, this was just an okay movie. The subject & plot was strong, but the execution seemed weak. Some small role actors were terrible with their dialogue delivery. Intensity seemed low in some scenes; it seemed like the work of a director with limited experience. This cannot be considered a "Must Watch", but maybe a "Can Watch".

Wow! Jothika was absolutely amazing in this movie. She played her character very well. I did not see any over-acting in this movie. GV Prakash and the girl who played as his lover role were awesome too. Loved the movie.

Good story & plot depicting today's relevant issue of minor rape. Jyothika and GVP's performances were good. Director's depiction of the titular role could have been less violent. Glad the rapist was punished this way, wish the law would enforce such punishment for all rapists!
