There's one face in this film I'll never forget,the character introduced as Bisham Singh an all too brief apperance but it's a face that has seen a lot of suffering and the pits of human depravity. This film about the 'dead people' show how immpossible it is for an individual who has been unpersoned by corrupt officials to get their identity back. The state protects its own at hugh financial and emotional cost of the victims who neither have the wit nor the money required to overcome the dystopian nightmare.
