I am a subscriber too. I am not sure why people are being so abusive in their comments. Most of you have just paid one time, so chill and request your needs in a respectful manner to the administrator. Subtitles are not created in vacuum, maybe the original source didnt have it or maybe there are other reasons. For a low one time payment you have access to quality new movies. Please appreciate that. Try that with netflix.

doesn't matter about the money I would pay that on a monthly basis but they need to learn to do their job. If you're putting a movie on be prepared to add subtitles like Netflix or don't put them on at all

I am a subscriber. once I offered to donate more money to their service, the management politely refused and said that it is not in their system. Hats Off to Einthusan.
