Looks like people in Jaffna never experience death or health crisis and don't know how to handle these. Actually the truth is opposite. Every person in Jaffna has near death experience in all the places including homes, temples churches, hospitals, markets, theaters, schools, universities, etc. We are stronger and harder than most of the people. Portraying as weak people is not acceptable.
