5/5, very engrossing and IMO better than the Malayalam version. Ajay Devgn does intense roles well and Tabu and Akshaye Khanna both nailed their performances and have excellent screen presence. Shriya saran recycled the same constipated look throughout the movie but still, tolerable.

Ajay Devgan used to be a good actor but he seems to have become complacent. He seems to have made up his mind that his name is going to get money regardless of the work he puts in so he just phones it in. Look at Mohanlal's s acting at his age. Shivaay and Bhola were horrible to say the least.
