Cinema can told many ways, some targeted at audience that crave deep plot mystery. The Director has created a Malayalam film at Hollywood / Korean cinema level. The plot is extreme form of revenge that uproots the evil core and sets example for generations to come as mentioned in the end sequence.

What is shown is not paranormal / spirit / ghost movie. It is his mind i.e. despite killing the guy, the protagonist sees his spirit in those who continue to love him. His hatred for the guy cause self harm, debilitating him, that is symbolically shown as him being beaten up by the ghost. He then kills love and honor for the spirit in all those around him. He forces the very root that grew the evil to die. Hope that helps.

Actually, Rorschach test is psychoanalysis done on human brains. I'd say, the director has poor plot if he was experimenting to test moviegoers to grab anything for his analysis. He might have got some data, but definitely he messed up the plot. Or, the movie title is wrongly chosen. Given the subject, the plot could have been better, but I understand the director did his best to reflect that.. but sadly, the plot was poor.

I love the slow pace of the movie. But at some point, it became kind of predictable. I thought it was a psychological thriller, but it became a paranormal thriller. I am not sure what the director intended, it did confuse me a lot. The acting was so good, especially the mother of Dileepan. Mammootty has like superhuman strength. For his age, it does not suit. The girl (Dileepan's widow) was good in her part. One question: What is the meaning of Rorschach?

The Rorschach test is the ink blot test used by physiologists to see what patients see and thinking. Similar to that this movie is an ink blot test for movie goers. Some will get the movie and it's premise and others will be like what the heck is this.

Im just disapponted at the final scene where Luke Anthony should beat the hell out of Satheeshan Madathil before the movie ended after knocking his head with a steal after Luke turns his back. Luke should have punch Satheeshan Madathil face and break his bones so that he will learn proper ways of respect and Satheesan knows that he has no MATCH with Luke Anthony.....

disregard all the comments here. just take this. this is a brilliant attempt by mammootty & the film makers to make something trully cinematic in malayalam movies. this will be a historic point. hope mammootty will go further in these kindnof paths & reach the pinnacle of his career. the people wo watched this witb a bunch of drunk friends for ‘adipoli’ and families who got together around snacks for some quality family time are the ones who would be absolutely dissapointed.
