This is a really good movie with amazing performances. Glad I watched it before reading the comments. Did not think of Mississippi Burning at all while watching. Discrimination, racism, police coverups, fear on behalf of the population happen in many countries, societies. And even if the film makers were inspired by the American film, all the issues were very local and particular to India. We can draw parallels, but not in a negative way. Great movie!

Very moving story! Performances also good and the topic - sensitive and definitely relevant! I hope the Indian audience has learnt some lesson here...we can only hope this does not continue to happen in our rural villages and small cities.
