Beautiful story, awesome dialogs, fantastic performances. Vijaya Nirmala could have had a bigger role but she shone even in the small role. Sivaji and Major were constantly competing for top billing. VK Ramaswamy did full justice to his role. Manorama was grossly underutilized. That is my only gripe. If you watch the movie, be sure to pay close attention to Sivaji's role from the beginning. It was almost like he had a dual role. The transformation into Arun couldn't have been better if there was a different actor. Hats off!! Awesome dialogs and fabulous delivery!! Tempted to re-watch.
